JAR Insurance Services has launched a call recording tool to help our agents stay compliant with the CMS call recording requirement. This new tool allows agents to conduct outbound and inbound recorded calls with their existing personal cell phone number on their mobile device. It’s integrated with the JAR FMO mobile app to retrieve and organize recorded calls.
This solution goes beyond meeting call recording compliance requirements. It includes features that add efficiency and simplify an agent’s job. Agents can take notes on a call and collect valuable client information, which automatically is connected to the client’s record. The mobile app gives agents the flexibility to use their own phones and sell from anywhere with ease.
