Jaime Rosales is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of JAR Insurance Services. He is an industry leader with over 25 years of experience in healthcare and has held leadership positions at Care 1st of California, PacifiCare, and Arcadian Health. Passionate to assist beneficiaries and communities, Jaime founded JAR Insurance Services to help people understand which insurance coverage options available to them provide the best value and quality.
The success that JAR has achieved can be attributed to Jaime’s ability to attract a talented leadership team and his own history in the insurance agency, with experience in provider marketing, agent recruitment, agent training, member services, member retention and quality and compliance. Jaime is also a licensed life and health insurance agent for California and other states and has personal experience selling healthcare insurance.
Made possible by JAR’s success, Jaime’s commitment to community improvement has developed the JAR Family Foundation. Dedicated to assisting students attending four-year universities, the JAR Family Foundation was created to provide children with more opportunities to achieve their truest potential.
Jaime was born in Los Angeles, California. He is married and has one son who works in marketing for Amazon and one daughter who is a school counselor. Jaime enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and children. He also enjoys cycling, theatre and reading.
